This starfish is made with a brilliant shade of orange stained glass. It is surrounded by creamy beige stained glass. All stained glass is hand cut and placed precisely by me. I grouted in a light tan and painted the sides and back to match.
The concrete backer board is waterproof and very durable....used indoors or out it will give you years of enjoyment.
